October is one of the busiest months for dog-friendly activities in Greater Cincinnati. With Halloween coming up, it’s the perfect time to get pet parents ready to party with their pooch with fun-filled Fall events.

Get your pooch picture-perfect with a Halloween costume at tomorrow’s fun events:

Start your day out in Lebanon with Barktoberfest. This fun event (formerly the Pooch Parade) is held in historic downtown Lebanon. The event features the only wiener dog race in Warren County, a pooch parade, a pet costume contest, pet vendors, and more. The event takes place from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Bicentennial Park.

Then head back down to Cincinnati to 50 West Brewing for the Barkaritaville fundraiser and adoption event for Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati. This event runs from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and features contests for dogs, adoptable dogs, a raffle basket auction, and more.

Finally, head over to Glendale for their annual Barktoberfest to benefit the Harry Whiting Brown Community Center. This annual event features vendors, raffle baskets, kids’ activities, live acoustic music, and a costume contest.
