Summer is here and so is watermelon season. What could be more refreshing on a hot summer day than some watermelon? How about a watermelon pupsicle! These frozen treats are the perfect way to cool down your pup when the sun—and tongues—are out. Plus, they are super easy to make with just three simple ingredients.
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Freeze Time: 3 hours
- You will need a freezer safe mold.
- 2 cups of seedless watermelon
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint
Puree all ingredients then pour into a cute bone-shaped freezer mold (or ice cube tray.) Freeze for 3 hours and DO share with your pups!
OMD! Did You Know? Mint is a natural flea repellent and in small amounts is suitable for your dog to consume.
