Cosmos & Comet – HART Cincinnati

Cosmos’ and Comet’s owner passed away and these brothers ended up back at HART where they were adopted from in 2007.

November 5, 2019

Cosmos and Comet were recently returned to HART after their owner passed away.  These brothers were adopted together in 2007; they get along but are not necessarily bonded, so they do not have to be adopted together again.

Cosmos is a 13-year-old chunky monkey with silky black fur!  He is a beauty but is a little timid.  He prefers cats that leave him alone – he is over the playing stage and just wants to relax!  COSMOS loves wet food.  He doesn’t seem to mind being held.

Comet is more outgoing and a little smaller than his brother.  This 13-year-old black panther made himself right at home when he came to live with his foster mom!  He gets along well with other cats and enjoys being brushed.  He also likes to snag a window seat in order to watch the birds outside.  Comet was diagnosed with diabetes soon after being returned to HART, but he doesn’t mind getting insulin injections one bit!

All HART kittens and cats are vet-checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.

If you are interested in adopting Cosmos & Comet, complete an online cat adoption application on HART’s website. The application will put you in touch with this wonderful cat’s foster family so you can schedule a meeting.
