Hello! My name is Gabby and despite my very rough start in life, I am the sweetest dog you will ever meet. I am around 5 years old and weigh in at around 13 pounds. I am a terrier mix and have a limp when I walk that my foster mom says makes me irresistibly cute. The vet says this is due to a fracture I sustained a long time ago (probably from a bad accident) near my hip socket. But don’t worry! Scar tissue has grown in place of the bone so this doesn’t cause me pain anymore. I also recently had surgery on my stage-four luxating patella (dislocated kneecap) on my other leg and am recovering at record speed.

I don’t let any of this slow me down even a little bit! I go outside to potty or can use potty pads. My foster mom laughs whenever I go out to potty because I insist on taking a toy for company. I also love running in the yard with my four foster siblings. I’ve never met a stranger I didn’t want to kiss and I’m adored by my 1-year old foster human—we like to watch TV together while sharing a treat and a snuggle.

I’m being fostered in Cincinnati, OH. We can do meet and greets in OH, KY, and IN.

Gabby is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on flea and tick treatments. Her adoption fee is $250. If you’re interested in adopting Gabby, you can fill out the adoption application on Little Hills of Kentucky’s website.
